Gamal El Gebely
Deputy CEO & General Manager (DXB & NE)Gamal El Gebely is a C- suite business leader with over 30 years of expertise in commercial domain, driving growth and innovation across various industries.
A 1989 bachelor graduate of Dentistry from Cairo University, he has built a reputation for strategic vision and transformative leadership.
His career reached new heights during his 17-year tenure at Al Fanar Gas Group , where he ascended to Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), spearheading market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue optimization.
Recognized for his exceptional contributions, on January 2025 he was promoted to Deputy CEO and General Manager for Dubai, overseeing operations, strategic partnerships, and regional growth. He remains committed to industry trends & digital transformation in driving Al Fanar’s legacy as a regional leader in the energy sector.
Arsalan Ahmed
General Manager (AUH)Arsalan Ahmed serves as the General Manager of Al Fanar Gas Group Abu Dhabi, where he leads with a clear focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable service delivery.
With over 23 years of experience across the energy, infrastructure, and project management sectors, he brings strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge to the organization. Arsalan is known for his hands-on approach, empowering teams to perform at their best while ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability in gas services. His vision is centers on innovation, continuous improvement, and building long term trust with customers and stakeholders.
