Green Point a dedicated gas service provider for Damac's residential and commercial communities in the UAE. With over 35 years of experience, Green Point focuses on customer satisfaction, safety, and tailored services. Offerings include construction, fit-out, operation & maintenance, and 24/7 support.
Al Fanar Commercial Agencies LLC (ACA)
Established in 2019, operates as the dedicated supply chain arm of the Al Fanar Gas Group, ACA plays a pivotal role in supporting the Group's wide-ranging opetations by delivering cutting-edge procurement and material supply solutions.

2004
Establishing Al Fanar National Gas Services in Dubai
2006
Designed and established the first natural gas network in Abu Dhabi, starting in Al Raha Gardens
2008
Built the first synthetic natural gas station and the largest carbon steel infrastructure network for gas delivery to Al Reem Island
2010
Completed the largest national infrastructure project, designing and executing natural gas networks for Yas Island including Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World, and five major hotels
2012
Established and operated the synthetic natural gas station for Etihad Towers skyscrapers exceeding 80 floors, serving more than 1,500 residential units and five districts
2013
Launched Smart Meters, revolutionizing energy management, installed in Al Bustan mixed-use development
2015
Signed a strategic agreement with Marriott International, strengthening Al Fanar's leadership in the hospitality sector
2020
Partnered with DAMAC Properties to operate and maintain gas services for over 150 residential towers and commercial facilities
