Every detailed design project requires a unique engineering solution to ensure the project is executed effectively, minimalizing technical, and cost and schedule risks. A key aspect of our detailed design offering is our knowledge of construction and installation. In detailed design we convert the FEED results, tailored to the client’s execution strategy, to deliver an engineering design which can be safely and efficiently constructed, installed and commissioned. We work closely with equipment suppliers, fabricators and installation contractors in this phase, and manage the technical and contractual interfaces.

About the project

The General Directorate of Civil Defense in the United Arab Emirates aims to implement safety & prevention measures in the public and private sectors.

In this regard, the Ministry of Interior has signed agreements with strategic partners with Injazat Data Systems Company to link commercial buildings and facilities with smart protection and control systems.

Emirates Telecommunications "Etisalat" to connect residential homes for warning techniques through PV smoke detectors

• The largest & first project of its kind, targeting over 500,000 buildings and private housing at a Federal level.
• Initial implementation in high risk facilities such as hospitals, schools, universities, hotels and residential buildings.
• Provision of Smart services with the promotion of safety and protection in buildings and houses using the continual monitoring of any fault or maintenance issue in the monitored safety systems by:
- Raising alarms when a fire or life safety event is detected to allow the occupants to react and evacuate as quickly as possible.
- Automatically sending the Alarm to the central Alarm Receiving Center within seconds and to verifying it as true or false.
- Providing the exact location of the fire and the fastest route to reach it.
- Automatically informing emergency services control rooms and civil defense centers to dispatch urgent assistance to the scene.

LPG & NG Control Panel Modifications:

The customer installed gas control panel located at the building ground floor & interlocked with the fire alarm panel, needs re-programing & modifications or it might be an entire replacement to be properly fit for system integration with Hasanntuk requirements.
